Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS): tailored programs for developmental disabilities promote independence, address needs, and foster social inclusion in homes and communities. HCBS supports daily living and skill development, empowering individuals of all ages for active community participation.

Respite Care:

Offers caregivers temporary break while ensuring individuals receive professional care, companionship, and skill development. Prioritizing safety and personalization, this service enhances the overall well-being of both caregivers and individuals with developmental disabilities.”

Habilitation:

focuses on developing and enhancing essential life skills, promoting community integration, and providing personalized assistance for daily living. These services are tailored to individual needs, emphasizing progress, adaptability, and overall independence to enhance the quality of life.

Attendant Care:

provides personalized support for daily living, focusing on autonomy, individualized plans, and continuous monitoring to enhance overall well-being and independence.

Adult Day Program:

offers variety of activities tailored to enhance skills and well-being of individuals with special need. These include educational sessions, social skills development, therapeutic interventions, recreational and leisure activities, physical exercises, daily living skills training, community integration, thematic events, communication and language development, and technology integration. The programs aim to provide a structured and supportive environment, with activities customized to meet the unique needs and interests of each participant.

Transportation:

Ever Mercy Care provides transportation services at a day treatment program to ensure participants’ accessibility for travels between residential location pick-up and drop-off, employment programs and various program activities. These include wheel chair accessible vehicles, safety measures, and consistent schedules, promoting inclusivity and participation in the program.

Group Supported Employment:

Our Group Supported Employment (GSE) program provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to gain real-world job experience in a structured, supportive environment. Participants work in small teams at community businesses with on-the-job training, skill development, and coaching to build independence and confidence.
